Sweep Playbooks

Run complex Salesforce projects from discovery to build. Playbooks are structured, AI-powered workspaces for migrations, cleanups, release preparation, and modernization. Each one combines expert methodology with live context from your Salesforce org, turning weeks of investigation and planning into build-ready work, with your team in control throughout.

One workspace for the entire project

Every Playbook brings the stages, prompts, reference files, and outputs for a project into one consistent workspace. Work through Discovery, Design, and Build in the right order. Each stage expands on the work before it, so the project stays organized and context remains even after the chat ends.

Salesforce expertise, built into every step

Start with an expert Playbook for initiatives like CPQ migration, field cleanup, Profiles-to-Permission-Set modernization, or release preparation. Each Playbook includes curated guidance for naming, governance, sequencing, and implementation.

The agent uses these best practices alongside live context from your org, not as a generic prompt chain, but as a methodology designed for the work at hand. Add your own governance standards, internal frameworks, naming conventions, or previous project materials, and the agent will incorporate those too.

Artifacts that stick, not chats you lose

Playbooks turn analysis into durable project outputs: metadata inventories, risk assessments, design specifications, user stories, migration plans, and build-ready change lists. Every artifact is saved inside the Playbook, where your team can review it, share it, and rerun the underlying step as the project evolves.

“The metadata search is 100% accurate. We’ve never found a case where it was incorrect.” Kelly Skelton, Salesforce Administrator, Wiz

From discovery to build, end to end

Discovery reveals what exists in your org. Design turns those findings into a target state and plan. Implementation translates the approved design into a concrete change list that can move directly into Sweep’s Build environment. Instead of passing work between disconnected chats, documents, tickets, and teams, every stage carries the project forward. The agent doesn’t stop at recommending what to do. It helps turn the plan into build-ready action.

One shared source of truth for the team

Playbooks are shared by default, giving admins, architects, developers, and project leads the same view of the org, the methodology, and the plan. Teams can review artifacts, refine prompts, and rerun steps together, making proven ways of working repeatable across projects. For exploratory or individual work, any Playbook can be made private.
